Tyler Wittman teaches in the area of systematic theology. He loves helping students to see the majesty of God and his gospel, and how important theology is for every facet of life and ministry.
With Bobby Jamieson, Wittman has recently co-authored Biblical Reasoning: Christological and Trinitarian Rules for Exegesis (Baker Academic, 2022), which trains readers in the exegetical logic of Christianity’s central teachings by inviting them to pursue the face of God in Scripture. His first book, God and Creation in the Theology of Thomas Aquinas and Karl Barth (Cambridge, 2018), explored the nature of God’s relation to creation. Current research and writing concentrates on the doctrines of creation and God's perfections.
