Bong Choi’s research and writing has focused on the New Testament Narrative and the ministry, teachings, and writings of Paul the Apostle. His recent research has centered on the Book of Acts in the context of Korean American Christians. A Director of the Korean Theological Institute of NOBTS, he has promoted the program to the public, recruited, taught, and mentored the graduate and undergraduate students to be prepared for their Calling for the last eight years. In his more than forty years of ministry experience, he has also served as pastor, interim pastor, education director in both the States and Korea, and leads a congregation that is influential among the Korean Southern Baptist Churches in the US and people in the Metro Atlanta area.
He and his wife, Tina, have children.
